The SPECTRUM ELECTRIC GRIDDLE features a half-inch thick polished steel grill surface, with an extra-tall steel wall enclosure/backsplash. Heating can be controlled by independent zones, allowing the operator to use any variety of heat settings from maximum to lowith warming and holding temperatures.
