Silikomart mold is characterized by extreme versatility since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too and can resist to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F). Elasticity and flexibility enable to flex the mold, in order to save space. All Silikomart molds are washable in dishwasher and are guaranteed for frequent use. Design, quality and handiness are skillfully combined in all Silikomart products.

- Six rings with a 3" diameter in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking till 180°C / 356°F and creating the base and a silicone mold made up 6 cavities of 2.6" diameter each to make a mousse or a cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry.
- The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow an homogeneous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability.
- They can be use in the oven and also in the blast chiller.
- Finally they can not be in contact with naked flames or used in the microwave.
