Traditional breakfast foods, burgers and other favorites can be made hot and fast with Sierra Range's SRMG-36 griddle. Made with all stainless steel construction and a compact design, this unit has three U-shaped burners at a maximum of 23,000 BTUs each. There are 3/4-inch thick steel griddle plates to make foods cook more consistently and quickly. It also features a heavy gauge welded front frame and a 4 inch grease trough that makes for easy cleaning. A removable crumb tray makes for easy and fast cleaning.
