Sierra Range's SRCM-36 cheesemelter will put the finishing touches on piping hot cheesy dishes such as lasagna, hot submarine sandwiches and pizzas. The unit has a stainless steel interior that prevents rust and corrosion, and has four adjustable rack positions. It is available as a range mount, counter mount or wall mount. There are two ceramic infrared tile burners at 20,000 BTUs each, and can be manually controlled. It also has 4 inch adjustable legs, and an easy-to-remove drip pan for fast cleaning.
